Una pubblicità corretta... che illustra bene la qualità dei servizi proposti: infatti benché parli lentamente in inglese non si riesce a capire cosa dice.
Ecco le parole di Gandhi nello spot:

"If you want to give a message, it must be a message of 'Love', it must be a message of 'Truth'. I want to capture your hearts. Let your hearts clap in unison with what I’m saying. A friend asked yesterday, "Did I believe in one world?" How can I possibly do otherwise? Of course I believe in one world. "

Traduco: "Se volete dare un messaggio, deve essere un messaggio di amore, deve essere un messaggio di verità. Voglio catturare i vostri cuori. Lasciate che i vostri cuori battano all'unisono con quello che dico. Ieri un amico mi ha chiesto se credo in un mondo unito. Come potrei fare altrimenti? Certo che credo in un mondo unito".
Il bello è che questo non è proprio quello che disse Gandhi. Le parole sono tratte dal discorso "One World“, fatto il 2 aprile 1947 a Nuova Delhi, nella sessione conclusiva della Conferenza sui Rapporti Inter-Asiatici, di fronte a oltre 20.000 visitatori, delegati e osservatori.

 

Questo è quello che ha detto realmente Gandhi secondo la trascrizione che ho trovato online:

If you want to give a message again to the West, it must be a message of 'Love', it must be a message of 'Truth'. There must be a conquest [applausi], please, please, please. That will interfere with my speech, and that will interfere with your understanding also. I want to capture your hearts and don't want to receive your claps. Let your hearts clap in unison with what I'm saying, and I think, I shall have finished my work. Therefore, I want you to go away with the thought that Asia has to conquer the West. Then, the question that a friend asked yesterday, "Did I believe in one world?" Of course, I believe in one world. And how can I possibly do otherwise, when I become an inheritor of the message of love that these great un-conquerable teachers left for us?
Notare il rimontaggio e la mancanza di quei "to the West" ("all'Occidente") e "Asia has to conquer the West" ("l'Asia deve conquistare [moralmente] l'Occidente"), decisamente troppo ingombranti e fastidiosi. Bisogna ovviamente tenere presente qual è l'"Occidente" si riferisce: quello del 1947, quando l'India era ancora colonia britannica.
