With thousands of young jobseekers ready to work and find jobs, the coalition government has recently launched a new Â£1 billion Youth Contract Scheme. Not only will the plan create 250,000 work experience placements, but it will also look to encourage employers to recruit young people with the promise of subsidised wages.
