Alliance of Academic Integrity Announced at the 5th International Plagiarism Conference

NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE, England, July 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Academics from three continents announced today a global alliance to promote research and knowledge-sharing about academic integrity at the 5th International Plagiarism Conference in Newcastle Upon Tyne, U.K.
The International Association of Academic Integrity Conferences (IAAIC) will facilitate an international dialogue on academic integrity that will help foster research and idea exchange as institutions worldwide navigate the rapidly changing academic integrity landscape that has resulted from the greater emphasis on the Internet and social media in education.Â
Member conferences of the IAAIC include:
