How Breaking Solya's Back Helped Her Launch her own AmpliFitness Business

[20-October-2014]

BRIGHTON and HOVE, England, October 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --

AmpliFitness director Orsolya Kovacs explains how a near death experience in Brighton led her to launch a groundbreaking new fitness tool in Hove:

"It was back in 2012 on the 29th June. I was walking to work in Kemptown when a lorry driver reversed into a lamp post. The lamp post broke in half and crashed down on my head, breaking my backbone in the process.

"I spent six months in bed and was struggling to recover. Doctors advised I needed to strengthen my back and core to be able to walk again but I was still in a great deal of agony and was struggling to find a way of building up my muscles without causing further pain. Eventually I found out about AmpliTrain, a German fitness tool which is very gentle to joints and can provide pain relief.

"After just four sessions, I was able to walk more easily and was getting some pain relief. After fifteen sessions I was getting more permanent pain relief and could finally sleep through the night. After just three months I had pretty much recovered."

So impressed was Orsolya by AmpliTrain that she has decided to open the first AmpliTrain studio in England. AmpliTrain uses Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) to exercise your muscles. It can be used to both repair and build up muscles, sessions only take 10 to 20 minutes. It is particularly beneficial for those people who have conditions that cause regular aches and pains or prevent them from training, conditions such as obesity, heart problems or muscle damage.

AmpliTrain is also used to boost strength and fitness, indeed a number of elite athletes use it, including Bayern Munich footballer David Alaba and German triathlete Susan Blatt.
