The staff at OnBrand are delighted to be a partner of Comic Relief for the second year running, helping with the influx of calls by providing recorded messages that help the efficiency of all participating call centres during Sport Relief .

This year, Sport Relief runs from Friday 18th - Sunday 20th March and their professional voice messages will be provided for free as a means of supporting what they believe to be an important cause.

These messages help reduce caller frustration and lower the level of abandonment during calls, relieving the burden on operators supporting Comic Relief.

This process helps uphold brand reputations by adding value to customer experience. What's more, it allows more calls to be taken for Comic Relief, increasing the amount of money raised - and that's great to be a part of.
