BIRMINGHAM, England, March 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --

Travelworld Motorhomes has been awarded the Customer Satisfaction Award for 2016 by the prestigious industry magazine Practical Motorhomes, after achieving an impressive  92.5% of positive customer feedback from pre-owned motorhome customers.

The company achieved the highest score for the pre-owned UK wide 'Supplying Dealer' category in the competition, topping the league table of Gold Awards.  

The Practical Motorhome Annual Owner Satisfaction Awards for pre-owned vehicles has been running since 2004 and recognises reliability and build quality of pre-owned motorhomes and their supplying dealers. 

Nick Barker, Sales Manager at Travelworld said that customer satisfaction has always been a strong focus area for the company and it has continually strived to improve the customer experience.  Nick continues "Our strong and dedicated customer service team has the authority to make instant decisions in order to get any issues resolved properly and quickly.
